Tiffany Simoné is my name and helping you achieve your goal is my aim!
Most people find it hard to believe, but I started in the wonderful world of Real Estate at the age of 16! I started as a receptionist for the Mellon Group, a mortgage, construction and property management company, formerly known as the Money Tree, in 1993.
After only a month, I started processing mortgages and I was great at what I did. After viewing the HUD1 statements, which are the forms you get at closing that explain all fees, I wanted to know who in the world was the loan originator and why they made so much money. In short, I became a Loan originator in no time!
Then, a long-time friend and mentor urged me to get my Real Estate license. I did. I became a Realtor and a million-dollar producer after only six short months in the business. Three years later, I became a broker, working for some of the nation’s largest builders.
I absolutely love helping people make the largest, most important purchase of their lifetime!
Personally, I am a proud mother of three. I'm involved in several civic groups. Also, I founded a non-profit organization to mentor teen girls and young women.
